Chicken, Fish & Veg Medley for Dogs | Complete Olli Recipe

A lightly cooked recipe combining chicken, whitefish, sardines, chicken heart, liver and colourful vegetables into one nutrient-rich meal. We’ll cover the ingredients, preparation, cooking process and why each ingredient was chosen, including the benefits of heart, liver, oily fish, egg yolk and nutritional yeast. Per 100 g of this recipe, that means adding approximately: 1.66 g calcium to bring the Ca:P ratio up to at least 1:1, 0.02 g magnesium, 1.11 mg copper, 0.27 mg iodine, 0.78 mg manganese, 3.80 mg zinc, 7.61 IU vitamin E, 69.67 mg choline, and 0.80 g linoleic acid to meet the minimum adult dog nutrient requirements. Ingredients (to make ~1,000 kcal): 225 g – Whitefish 180 g – Chicken thighs 45 g – Butternut sqash 45 g – Carrots 45 g – Courgette 45 g – Sardines in water 45 g – Chicken heart 30 g – Beef liver 25 g – Olli All-in-One Homemade Diet Supplement 15 g – Nutritional yeast 10 g – Egg yolk 10 g – Blueberries 4.5 g – Antler powder 3 g – Turmeric Directions: 1. Peel and chop the butternut squash into small cubes. 2. Finely dice or grate the carrots. 3. Chop the courgette into small pieces. 4. Rinse the blueberries and set aside. 5. Chop the whitefish into bite-sized pieces and remove any larger bones if needed. 6. Chop the chicken thighs into smaller chunks. 7. Slice the chicken hearts into smaller pieces. 8. Finely chop the beef liver. 9. Add the chicken thighs and chicken hearts to a pan on low-medium heat and gently cook for a few minutes. 10. Add the butternut squash and carrots and continue lightly cooking until slightly softened. 11. Add the courgette, liver, and whitefish and cook briefly. 12. Optional: add a little warm water for a softer casserole-like consistency. 13. Turn off the heat completely. 14. Stir through the sardines, blueberries, egg yolk, nutritional yeast and turmeric. 15. Allow the food to cool before adding Olli and Antli. 16. Mix thoroughly and serve.
