Let it rest for 10–15 minutes. Finely chop the onion and sauté it in olive oil until soft. Add the mushrooms and cook for 4–5 minutes. In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, Philadelphia cream cheese, garlic, and dill. Squeeze excess moisture from the zucchini and add it to the mushrooms. Cook for 5–6 minutes. Add the grated hard cheese and the prepared sauce. Mix thoroughly. Cook for another 1–2 minutes. Create small wells and carefully crack the eggs into them. Season with salt, sprinkle with cheese, cover with a lid, and cook over medium heat for 7 minutes. Add green onions and paprika. Cook for another 1–2 minutes and serve.
