Sprinkle with salt and let them rest for 10 minutes. Boil the potatoes with onion and bay leaves until soft. While the potatoes cook, sauté onion, garlic, and chopped zucchini flesh in olive oil. Season with Italian herbs, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper, then stir in the corn Mix the cooked zucchini filling with Philadelphia cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and crushed nachos for a creamy cheesy texture 🧀 Brush the zucchini boats with olive oil and air fry at 180°C (350°F) for 10–12 minutes.
