Redback Spider Roundup Repainted Spider Lures March Autumn Equinox 2026 🔥

The Spider Season is coming to a close and the Autumn Equinox is the perfect time to get on top of the Redback Spiders who have set up in my Spider Lures. Back at the 2025 Summer Solstice I repainted and reset all the Redback Spider lures so what's presenting in this video is 3 months of Redback Spider activity. There are a lot of spiders. The Australian Summer in Sydney we just had was a mix of very hot and dry conditions that flipped around to very wet and humid conditions in the second phase of Summer. Overall it was a very warm Summer. Perfect for Spider breeding. The Redback Spider Lures I use are custom made and present to a Redback Spider a perfect place to live. They like very warm, dry protected areas which are set up at distance from the ground. Redback Spiders will set up a messy web network under the Lures and at night the Redback Spider will wait in the lower webs waiting for a critter to trigger a drop down line. Once the Redback captures a critter it's bitten, bound with web and is then taken up inside the Spider lare. This is where the Redback will feed, mate and lay her egg sacs. If kept unchecked a single Redback Spider can produce thousands of Redback spiderlings in fairly short time and the cycle repeats. As always I turn up the heat of the Spider Nests before they turn into a much bigger problem. It's important to take control before the Female Redbacks become breeders.
