The Vandals Of Berowra Oval $10K Worth Of Damage That Has Locals VERY ANGRY 😡

Berowra Oval suffered a major vandal attack, Soccer goals destroyed, Heart Attack Defibrillator stolen, Soccer clubhouse damaged, electrical fittings destroyed, smashed glass everywhere, garden areas destroyed, fires lit, sparkler bombs made, eScooter grass damage and lots of alcohol consumed. Damage was widespread and it would seem there are multiple locals involved. On Sunday 14th June all the girls Soccer events had to be rescheduled due to the oval damage. Some locals have been trying to shut this story down and keep it off Facebook so that signals to be to make a video. Were not shutting this story down, this is a absolute new low for Berowra. The damage bill from this vandalism of Berowra Oval will be big and the local ratepayers are sick of having to pay up after these events. Get the families who are related to the vandals to pay for all the damage. Recently I got into a little bit of trouble for walking my Brush Turkey friends on the oval, I'm thinking the local council need to focus on the real vandals at Berowra Oval, the Turkeys don't cause any trouble at all. The problems at Berowra Oval have been going on for decades, the talk of security lights, CCTV, police patrols are all just talk, nothing changes but the constant is vandalism and anti social behaviour fueled by drugs and alcohol. APPEAL FOR INFO Berowra Football Club is disappointed to report that our oval and clubhouse were vandalised overnight. Our scheduled games for today have had to be relocated. We have had an increase in anti social behaviour by young people around the clubhouse and oval over the past few months particularly at night. Last night our defibrillator has been vandalised, goal posts broken and pulled out and other various items of property damaged. There was also damage to the clubhouse building including smashed cladding, damaged guttering (from trying to access the clubhouse roof), smashed glass everywhere. After the vandalism last night at the Clubhouse and grounds it was broken into and taken. This is extremely disappointing for our community with wait times of Ambulances to our area.
