Hi everyone! My name is Lorna! Thank you so much for visiting my channel! I used to be a strong and active runner. The mountains, early morning runs, and hikes will always have a special place in my heart. After injuring my back, my life has drastically changed since then. Instead, I have decided to create this Youtube channel to share with you all my new passions. I love to travel, sightsee, meditate and create delicious vegetarian foods. I love making videos of my beautiful city of Vancouver that I have called home since moving here from the Philippines since 1989.
