No specialty tear away trim or tools. I had a hard time finding Trim-tex tear away trim online for a decent price, so I decided to make this tutorial showing how to get a clean, modern finish around a tub or shower insert with drywall supplies you can easily pick up at Lowe's or Home Depot. I went for a level 5 skim coat finish, which I'll be matching in the rest of the bathroom renovation, but if you''re spraying texture you can stop one coat sooner than I did.
