The Özstar Nut Peeling System is designed to remove skins efficiently while preserving the natural shape and integrity of the product. With its high-performance brush peeling machine and cyclone separator, the system ensures continuous peeling and effective skin collection. After peeling, the product passes through a vibrating sieve, which separates the kernels from any detached skins and fine particles. An additional air aspiration system provides a second cleaning stage, removing any remaining shell residue and lightweight impurities to produce a cleaner, more uniform final product. Once cleaned, the peeled nuts are gently transferred by a Z-type bucket elevator to the next stage of processing, minimising product damage and ensuring a continuous production flow.
