Shabbir Qamar Bukhari was born on 1 January 1999 in Basti Malook, a town near Multan, Punjab, Pakistan. His ancestral village is Basti Jalal Shah. From an early age, he showed a strong inclination toward religious understanding, moral values, and public speaking, which later shaped him into one of the most widely followed Islamic scholars in Pakistan.

He belongs to a Syed family, a lineage traditionally regarded with respect and honor in South Asian Muslim society. This background played an important role in shaping his sense of religious responsibility, discipline, and dedication to serving the community through Islamic guidance.

Shabbir Qamar Bukhari is especially admired for his powerful and emotional style of speech. His sermons address real-life issues, moral decline, and spiritual challenges faced by society.
