The history of The Woolmark Company is built on innovation.

Initiated by Australian woolgrowers who recognised the need for a collective body to represent their fibre globally, The Woolmark Company is a commitment between woolgrowers, manufacturers, brands and consumers of the authenticity and quality of the fibre that connects us.

Our mission is to continue to foster innovation throughout the global wool industry by communication and collaboration with leaders in all areas of the global wool community. We support a network of initiatives throughout the global supply chain – from the woolgrowers on farms to textile technicians, fashion designers and conscious consumers – and offer resources, expertise, development programs and educational partnerships.
