Recipe and ingredients: • 2 chicken breast fillets • 1 tsp salt • ½ tsp black pepper • 1 tsp smoked paprika • 2 tbsp flour • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp butter • 50 g mozzarella cheese (1.8 oz) • 2 garlic cloves • 50 ml vegetable broth (3 tbsp) • 200 ml cream (¾ cup + 1 tbsp) • Cherry tomatoes • 20 g parsley (⅔ oz) Season the chicken breast fillets with salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Coat lightly with flour and cook in olive oil and butter until golden and crispy. Add garlic, vegetable broth, and cream. Stir well to create a creamy garlic parmesan sauce.
