Polaris Ranger front gearcase rebuild #1060

With the work to this Polaris Ranger coming to an end we have a little time to strip, inspect & rebuild the olf front drive unit, many call it a Diff, Polaris call it the front Gearcase. I have never stripped on of these before so I'm interested to see how it's designed & operates. So, join me in this mechanical adventure....what could possible go wrong! We reference the Polaris Service Manual during the video tfor correct dissassembly/rebuild process so if you have this job to do then you'll definately find this video helpful. Watch out for many other repair videos on this vehicle, including a complete gearbox rebuild, brake pipe replacement, wheel bearing replacement & even the ignition switch was faulty too!
