Just days old, she had been abandoned on the side of the road. Perhaps her mother had died and the owner didn’t see any value in caring for her. We can’t imagine the suffering of this newborn, missing her mother and in need of urgent medical care. What joy to have rescued her and seen her come back from near death. Eight years have passed since Merry made a full recovery and joined the Animal Aid sanctuary family.
