It's a question people working in Formula 1® get regularly and there are many ways to work within this sport that is enjoyed by more than a billion people around the world. Recorded live at Albert Park during the FORMULA 1 QATAR AIRWAYS AUSTRALIAN GRAND PRIX 2026, we decided to host a series we're calling "My Job in F1®" where we talk to people currently working in Formula 1® to find our about their role, what they typically do during a race weekend the journey they've been to get them to where they are. From mechanics, to TV presenters, reserve drivers and sports administrators, there really are a multitude of avenues into a career in motorsport. In this episode we speak to Luke Browning who is Atlassian Williams Formula 1® Team Reserve Driver in 2026.
