She had found freedom, independence, love, and a growing online audience — but her life abroad had also created a deep and dangerous conflict with her conservative family back home. What was supposed to be a short visit to Iraq soon turned into something far more sinister. According to reports, Tiba was taken from Baghdad back to her family home in Al-Diwaniyah, where tensions escalated around her relationship, her independence, and the allegations she had made about abuse within her own family. Soon after, Tiba was dead. Her father admitted to strangling her, claiming she had brought shame upon the family. But after her death, leaked audio recordings began to circulate, revealing disturbing claims about why Tiba had left Iraq in the first place... and why she feared what might happen if she returned.
