140 Miles to Key West: The Ultimate eBike Survival Challenge!

Join Barry from Fire and Ice Outdoor Gear as the team takes on a massive e-bike challenge! We’re testing four different bikes—the Jenson X70, Electric Bike Company, Ho Antelope, and the Fiido T1 Pro—to see which one can handle the distance, the Florida heat, and the weight of all our hammock camping gear. From the dirt trails of the Everglades to the iconic Seven Mile Bridge, this trip was filled with incredible views, local food, and plenty of "sore butt" moments. We dealt with dead batteries, electrical glitches, and emergency charging stops at local restaurants, but we were determined to reach that southernmost buoy! Bikes Featured in this Challenge: Jenson X70: Faced some early electrical and wheel issues—can it be fixed? Electric Bike Company: A single-gear commuter bike taking on 60+ mile days.
