Dear Diary, It's my birthday and I feel like it's a really good day to come out of hiding. It's been four years since I've disappeared from social media without a trace, but now it's time to pick up where I left off. Taking it way back to April of 2021, shortly after shaving my head bald, I am spending some much needed time with my mom. After years without talking, this has been our opportunity to mend and rebuild what we once thought was lost. It is said that a woman who decides to shave her head is experiencing big changes in her life. I was at a point in my life where I had it 'all' and still felt unhappy. I knew that in order to figure out why money, fame, and success was not enough to bring me happiness, I had to go to the root. Layer by layer, through the guidance of the Heavenly Father himself, I have been stripped and released of things unauthentic to His purpose for me. You see a crazy person shaving off her beautiful hair, but in reality I am shedding and letting go of worldly ideals and getting back to God. This is just the beginning of an evolution. I hope this video gives you some insight into who Alyssa is and what I was like growing up. Of course, this is a very lighthearted version, I decided to save the crazy stuff for my book. I smiled so much while editing this, and cut out hours of oversharing lol we both have a problem. Not a lot of people know these things about me so I hope you feel exclusive LOL Thank you to all the real ones who have been down since the get down!
