Upon receiving this information from Akkala Tilakeswar Goud, a young local leader, Cheerla Krishna Sagar, the founder of Sagar Snakes Society, rushed to the village along with his team. Incident Details The rescue team met with the house owner, Yatagiri Swamy, to assess the situation. Upon inspection, they spotted the cobra hiding inside the coop. This incident created both intrigue and panic among the villagers on Saturday morning. The cobra had sneaked into the coop, attacked a brooding hen, and killed it on the spot. After killing the hen, the snake went on to swallow all nine eggs that the hen was incubating, one after the other. Panic in the Village Noticing unusual commotion near the chicken coop, the family members and locals went to check. They were shocked to find a large cobra lying immobilized after devouring all the eggs. As the news spread, locals gathered in large numbers to witness the sight of the snake that had swallowed nine eggs at once. Safe Rescue: Shortly after, Krishna Sagar skillfully and safely captured the cobra. It was later released into a nearby forest area, bringing relief to the villagers.
