Recipe for cooking and ingredients:

cup raisins (25 g / 0.9 oz)

cup dried cranberries (25 g / 0.9 oz)
âą ÂŒ cup prunes (40 g / 1.4 oz)

cup pumpkin seeds (25 g / 0.9 oz) â toast

cup walnuts (25 g / 0.9 oz) â toast

cup hazelnuts (25 g / 0.9 oz) â toast

cup sesame seeds (25 g / 0.9 oz) â toast, reserve â
for coating

Instructions
1. Soak all dried fruits (dates, raisins, cranberries, prunes) in cold water for 15 minutes.
2. Lightly toast pumpkin seeds, walnuts, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, and oats on a dry skillet until fragrant.
3. Drain and pat dry the fruits, remove pits from dates, chop everything into small pieces.
4. Roughly chop toasted nuts and seeds (reserve â
of the sesame for coating).
5. In a large bowl, combine chopped dried fruits + toasted nuts & seeds + oats + mandarin zest + ginger + pinch of salt.
6. Knead thoroughly with your hands â the mixture should become sticky and hold together.
7. Form small dense âsausagesâ about 3â4 cm in diameter.
8. Spread reserved sesame seeds on cling film and roll the sausages in them.
9. Wrap tightly and freeze for 1 hour.
10. Slice with a sharp knife into 1 cm thick pieces.
