Recipe for cooking and ingredients: Dry ingredients: • Rolled oats — 1 cup (100 g) • Cashews — ⅓ cup (50 g) • Peanuts — ⅕ cup (30 g) • Sesame seeds — 2 tablespoons • Baking powder — 1 teaspoon Wet ingredients: • Raisins — ⅕ cup (30 g) • Egg — 1 pc. • Vanilla extract — a little (to taste) • Greek yogurt — ⅓ cup (80 ml) • Cottage cheese or ricotta — 1 cup + ½ cup (200 g) • Coconut oil — 2 tablespoons • Sweetener — to taste • Salt — a pinch (for flavor balance) Aromatic tea to serve with the bread: • Dried mandarin slices — a few pieces • Green tea — 2 tablespoons • Dried raspberries — 1 teaspoon • Mint — 1 teaspoon Serving & Storage The finished bread is soft inside and wonderfully aromatic! Especially delicious with a cup of fragrant green tea with mandarin, raspberry, and mint. Serve warm or completely cooled. Store in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to 4–5 days.
