We’re adding an optional prop in the standing sequence to create more range of motion and challenge your muscle activation in different positions. You’ll also get an added arms and core sequence that will really fire up your shoulders and help build strength and definition through the upper body. We’ll level up some of the core variations as well, so this is your chance to feel how much stronger, more controlled, and more connected your body has become over the last weeks.
