This rugged extension cord is constructed of 6` 10-gauge 3-conductor wire, equipped with a NEMA L6-30P male cord cap, an inline GFCI, a NEMA L6-30C female connector, and allows operators to provide ground fault protection within hazardous locations by use of a portable GFCI line cord that has a 4-6ma trip level to identify ground faults. This linecord is rated at 240 V. The EXC-72-GFCI-30A-240V-1X linecord provides a safe and effective way for operators to power a variety of general use devices within a hazardous location. The 65" of chemical and abrasion resistant flexible 10/3 SJTW cord is terminated in a male NEMA L6-30P, 30 amp rated cord cap. An inline GFCI and female NEMA L6-30C connector provides ground fault protection from explosion proof receptacles that do not provide GFCI protection. There is 9" of 10/3 SJTW line in cord, a 7" GFCI, and 56" of 10/3 SJTW line out cord for the total unit length of 6`.
