Stan is 12 months post op from his ACL reconsturciton. Like many people he has not returned to full sport just yet, and there are some elements he needs to work on as well - before he does.
His medial rotation movement and stability in hopping needs to improve.
Here are 3 of the drills he is doing in our end stage ACL rehab program:
1) Mini-tramp medial and lateral hops
2) Box Hop Up and Down - lateral and with rotation
3) Hop down and medial Jump (Same leg)
