As the Monorotaia travels around the park, it passes by and overlooks several major attractions including Colorado Boat, the classic log flume, Jumanji The Adventure, the dark ride based on the Jumanji film franchise, and Shaman, one of the oldest roller coasters at Gardaland Park. The Monorotaia route also provides views of newer attractions such as Wolf Legend, the drop tower ride, and Dragon Rush within the Dragon Empire area. Guests can also view Ortobruco Tour and the Peter Pan ride. The elevated design of the Monorotaia allows these attractions to be viewed from above, offering a different perspective compared to ground level. Monorotaia is both as a transport ride and a scenic attraction within Gardaland Resort, providing a slower paced experience compared to the park’s roller coasters and water rides. The route covers parts of the lower sections of the park, giving a broad overview of the layout and theming. The ride remains a long standing part of Gardaland Park, continuing to operate since 1990 as a panoramic tour of the resort. Gardaland Resort is one of Europe’s most visited theme park resorts, located near Lake Garda in northern Italy. The park’s mascot is Prezzemolo, a dragon character introduced in 1984 who has become closely associated with Gardaland through shows, merchandise and themed areas. Gardaland Park features major roller coasters such as Raptor, Oblivion The Black Hole, Blue Tornado, Shaman and Mammut, alongside water rides including Fuga da Atlantide and Jungle Rapids, and dark rides such as Animal Treasure Island and Jumanji The Adventure.
