The 150 cc scooter arena in Malaysia sees a new entry, the 2026 WMoto Island 150, priced at RM6,688. Pricing excludes road tax, insurance and registration, ad there are three colour options – Aura Black, Action Blue and Prime Grey. Carrying a 150 cc single-cylinder, four-stroke, four-valve, liquid-cooled engine, the Island 150 gets 15.4 hp at 8,500 rpm and peak torque of 14.2 N.m at 6,500 rpm. As is typical of scooters in this class, power goes to the rear wheel via CVT gearbox and belt final drive. Wheel sizing for the Island 150 is 14-inches in front and 13-inches at the back. Tyre sizing for the cast alloy wheels is 110/70 for the front wheel and 130/70 for the rear. Braking is done with single hydraulic discs front and rear, with two-channel ABS as standard equipment. Suspension uses telescopic front forks and twin preload-adjustable shock absorbers in the rear. Seat height for the Island 150 is set at 764 mm, with weight listed at 137 kg, while nine-litres of fuel is carried in the tank.
