Recipe for cooking and ingredients:

cup rolled oats (70 g / 2.5 oz) â grind into flour
âą Âœ cup Greek yogurt (120 g / 4.2 oz)
âą 2 eggs
âą 1 tsp baking powder
âą 1 tsp dried garlic
âą Pinch of salt
âą 1 tbsp flax seeds
For toppings:
âą 10.58 oz mushrooms (300 g) â slice and sautĂ© in olive oil
âą Tomato diet sauce (to taste)
âą 7 oz cheese (200 g) â grate
âą Tomato slices
âą Fresh herbs
Instructions
1. Grind â
cup rolled oats into flour in a coffee grinder.
2. Mix oat flour + 1 tsp baking powder + 1 tsp dried garlic + pinch of salt + 1 tbsp flax seeds.
3. Add 2 eggs + œ cup Greek yogurt. Mix well.
4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
5. Place batter on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread into a pizza base.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C (360 °F) for 12â15 minutes until lightly golden and soft.
7. Meanwhile, slice and sauté 10.58 oz mushrooms in olive oil.
8. Spread yogurt on the base.
9. Add tomato diet sauce.
10. Top with sautéed mushrooms, tomato slices, and fresh herbs.
11. Grate 7 oz cheese and spread evenly over the pizza.
12. Bake again at 180 °C for 12 minutes until cheese melts and turns golden.
