Toyota has launched a new entry-level E variant of the Rumion. It is priced at Rs 9.56 lakh (ex-showroom). The Rumion, in base-spec E trim, offers features such as projector headlamps, a manual air conditioning system, 6 airbags and rear parking sensors. The MPV is equipped with 15-inch steel wheels instead of alloys and does not come with an infotainment system. Under the bonnet is a 1.5-litre 4-cylinder petrol engine that produces 103 BHP and 138 Nm. It is paired with a 5-speed manual transmission. Higher variants get a 6-speed automatic option. The Rumion is also available in S, G and V variants.
