Three Months since we rescued Ursa from war-torn Ukraine ❤️‍🩹

Ursa was found being kept illegally as a pet, taken in and rehabilitated by @ wild animal rescue center, but bombs were still falling close by. ❤️‍🩹 In February 2025, we embarked on a 1,400 mile journey to evacuate Ursa straight out of war-torn Ukraine and brought her here to the Sanctuary, in the peaceful Kent countryside. 🕊️ Since then, Ursa has achieved many milestones.From her first steps outside, her first piece of enrichment, to now being in the larger part of her enclosure overnight. Ursa is an incredible lynx and is a constant reminder of why we do the work we do here. 🥹 #lynx #rescue #animal #wildlife #wildcat
