During this stage is important that he ups the load on his knee, as well as perfects the neuromuscular control on one leg. 3 essential drills this week are:
1. Step Down (Lateral Band)
2. Step Down (Wobble Board or BOSU)
3. Single Leg Box Hop Up and Down
