[00:52] Boiled Potatoes: 2 medium (grated)

[01:12] Green Chillies & Ginger: 2 chilies and 1-inch ginger (finely chopped)
[01:22] Spices: Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric, Amchur (Dry mango powder), and Garam masala
[01:38] Roasted Peanuts: 2 tbsp (coarsely crushed)
[01:45] Fresh Coriander: 2 tbsp (chopped)
[01:55] Binding: 2 tbsp Cornflour or Rice flour
[04:10] Oil: For shallow frying

[00:15] Take 1 cup of poha in a bowl and wash it thoroughly with water.
[00:25] Drain the water and let the poha soak for 5-7 minutes until it becomes soft.
[00:52] In a large mixing bowl, add the mashed or grated boiled potatoes.
[01:00] Add the soaked poha to the potatoes and mash them together.
[01:08] Add chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, and fresh coriander leaves.
[01:22] Mix in all the spices (salt, red chili, turmeric, amchur, and garam masala).
[01:38] Add the crushed roasted peanuts for extra crunch and cornflour for binding.

[03:05] Grease your palms with a little oil, take a small portion of the mix, and shape it into a round or oval cutlet.
