Description
The anonymous tip that started this investigation was simple: people trapped in BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ Exchange were now being pointed toward Polar Tensor. That set off alarm bells. I have seen this playbook too many times. One AI trading scheme collapses, victims are left confused, and then the same style of promoters appear with a new platform, a new dashboard, and another reason to send crypto.
*THE FIRST WARNING SIGN*
BG Wealth Sharing did not fall apart cleanly. People were left asking about frozen withdrawals, tax demands, BonChat chaos, missing leadership, rumours about hacks, and whether the numbers they saw on screen ever represented real trading. That is the dangerous moment. Victims are emotional, hopeful, and still trying to believe the machine can be fixed.
That is when Polar Tensor entered the picture. I am not claiming Polar Tensor is proven to be the same company as BG Wealth Sharing, but the pattern is clear: when one scheme collapses, the promoter pipeline looks for somewhere else to send the crowd.
*THE PDF THAT EXPOSES THE MACHINE*
Polar Tensor markets itself with polished AI trading language, but its own presentation tells a bigger story. It talks about deposits, a 10% licence fee, performance fees, weekly profit distributions, tiers from 100 USDT up to 100,000 USDT, and a plan built around licence rewards, residual rewards, infinity rewards, rank bonuses, and global pools.
That is not just an app. It is a multi-level marketing reward structure wrapped around an AI crypto trading story. The AI story creates belief, but the compensation plan creates the recruitment engine.
*THE PROMOTERS MATTER*
One of the biggest red flags is Bob Bearden. BehindMLM reported that Bearden hosted a Polar Tensor founder call on February 17, 2026, and linked him to previous schemes including NovaTech FX, Defi Synergy, and Fun Saver Network.
That is why I focus on promoters, not just platforms. Websites disappear. Domains change. Apps get replaced. But the promoters keep moving. They host calls, build belief, and make the next opportunity feel safe.
*BRIAN N. BEANE AND THE SOFT LANDING PITCH*
The clearest BG-to-Polar bridge I found came from Brian N. Beane. His unlisted video was titled “How To Leave BG and DSJ and Still Make Money With Polar!” That is not subtle. That is a direct pitch to people leaving BG Wealth Sharing and DSJ.
Beane talks about BG blowing up, BonChat chaos, Stephen Beard questions, withdrawals, rumours, and belief collapsing. Then he presents Polar Tensor as a “soft landing” where people can supposedly make their money back another way. Victims who should be told to stop and gather evidence are instead pushed toward another AI trading opportunity.
*THE MANIPULATION STRATEGY*
In another presentation, Beane leans into opportunity-room psychology: compound interest, lifestyle freedom, not missing the next Bitcoin-style wave, meeting Felix Bick, global expansion, and earning from a phone. He frames scepticism as something that does not fit in a room built for belief.
He also talks through the licence fee, referral commissions, trade-profit rewards, ranks, and the phrase “Bronze unlocks infinity.” He shows compound-growth fantasy that can make a small deposit look like future millions.
*THE QUESTIONABLE CEO STORY*
Polar Tensor’s founder figure, Felix Bick, raises another concern. BehindMLM questioned whether he has any real public footprint outside the Polar Tensor ecosystem. A polished image, founder video, or staged meeting is not proof. If people are asked to trust AI trading, crypto deposits, and weekly returns, leadership should be verifiable.
*THE WARNING*
Polar Tensor has polished branding, AI stories, charts, app-style trust signals, legal documents, and promoters. But the real question remains simple: where is the regulator-filed audited proof that returns come from real trading and not recruitment-driven money moving through the system?
If you were in BG Wealth Sharing or DSJ and someone is now told Polar Tensor is how you recover, slow down. Are they helping you, or moving you into the next machine?
