Hello everyone, my dear friends! đ„°
I havenât eaten sugar for more than two years, but that doesnât mean Iâve given up on delicious desserts! This oatmeal banana cake is something I bake almost every weekend. Itâs incredibly aromatic, tender on the inside, with chocolate notes and crunchy nuts on top. Healthy, satisfying, and completely sugar-free! Perfect with your morning coffee or as a wholesome evening treat.
Letâs cook together!

âą Baking powder â 1 teaspoon
For decoration:

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine 1 cup of rolled oats (100 g) with â
cup of milk (80 ml). Mix well and let it soak for 15 minutes.
2. Take 1 very ripe banana, cut it into pieces and add to the oats.
3. Blend everything with an immersion blender until smooth.

Serving & Storage Serve warm or cold with a cup of aromatic tea. It pairs wonderfully with orange slices or fresh berries!
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Freezes beautifully.
