2026 Renault Kwid Facelift Launched At 4.53 Lakh - All Changes, Spec, Features, Engine & More

Renault has launched the 2026 edition of its entry-level hatchback, the Kwid. It is available in two trims: Evolution and Climber, with prices starting at Rs 4.53 lakh (ex-showroom). Interestingly, the new Kwid costs Rs 13,000 to Rs 38,000 less than the outgoing version. The new Kwid gets minor cosmetic changes on the outside, which include new 3D Renault badges, redesigned two-tone wheel caps, and the ‘Kwid’ badge on the tailgate now has a new font. The halogen headlights and LED DRLs have been carried over from the old version. Inside, the car comes with a new 3-spoke steering wheel. It has a semi-digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen offering wired Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. Other features include 6 airbags (Climber), a rearview camera, TPMS, hill start assist (AMT only), keyless entry, and ABS with EBD. The new Renault Kwid is powered by the same 1.0-litre, 3-cylinder petrol engine that produces 68 BHP and 92.5 Nm.
