Unlimited Unleashed: Building Animal Aid’s Forever Home

​​For 25 years, Animal Aid has rescued and treated animals while operating on rented land in Udaipur, India. We rebuilt our hospital multiple times, expanding wherever possible to meet the growing needs of the animals who depend on us. Today, our team rescues and treats more than 15,000 animals each year. But working on rented land has always meant limitations. To meet the scale of this work — and to build a foundation for the future — Animal Aid has purchased 31 acres of land that will become our permanent home. This new campus will be an advanced care rescue center and sanctuary, designed to provide improved medical care, recovery spaces, and lifelong sanctuary for animals in need.
