Guide Name and number - Madan ji - 963257751 - Though he belongs to Srirangapatna but he is more involved into guiding at Mysore especially Mysore palace.
Srirangapatna Fort - This is a kinda a island surrounded by kaveri river and it is known for its rich history, religious significance, and natural beauty, particularly its connection to Tipu Sultan and the Ranganathaswamy Temple.
Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple - This place is considered as one of the five most important and sacred shrines devoted to Lord Vishnu. There are 3 temples of Sri Ranganathaswamy 2 in Karnataka and 1 in Tamil Nadu.
Adi Ranga: Srirangapatna (Karnataka)
Madhya Ranga: Shivanasamudra / Sivasamudram (Karnataka)
Antya Ranga: Srirangam (Tamil Nadu)
There is a time when devotees worship these 3 temples in a single day and it is called Triranga Darshan. (Adi, Madhya, Antya Ranga) between sunrise and sunset. This trip is most commonly done during Dhanurmasa (mid-December to mid-January).
Colonel Bailey's Dungeon - This place is used by Tipu Sultan to imprison British officers and soldiers captured during the Anglo-Mysore Wars. The dungeon is named after Colonel William Bailey, a British officer who died there in 1782.
Krishna Raja Sagara Dam - It is also known as KRS Dam built on Kaveri river. This dam is the source of water for Mandya and Bengaluru.
Brindavan Gardens - This place is famous for well-orchestrated musical fountain shows, held after sunset every day.
Sri Venugopalaswamy Temple - This temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna, who is also known as Venugopala. This temple was submerged underwater for about 70 years due to the construction of the Krishnarajasagara (KRS) Dam in the early 1900. The Khoday Foundation undertook the relocation and restoration of the temple.

Tipu Sultan's Summer Palace - This place is also known as Daria Daulat Bagh. This palace is a beautiful blend of traditional Hindu and Islamic architectural styles.
Tipu Sultan's Death Place - This place refers to the point where Tipu Sutan died during the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War.
Obelisk - This place has a memorial to the British soldiers who died during the siege of Srirangapatna in 1799, a key event in the Fourth Anglo-Mysore War. From this place one can see the kaveri river south and north wings too.
Light and Sound Show - The Sound and Light Show is performed in Mysore Palace which narrates the history of Mysore and the royal family through the spectacle of light and sound effects.
