The list of repairs on this POLARIS Ranger is just getting longer - yep, it's the Side by Side that just keeps on giving! So, with the output splines on the front diff none existant it needs to be either repaired or replaced. After pricing up the new Genuine parts from Polaris, it was much, much cheaper to source a good second hand diff which the customer dropped off for fitment. In this video we remove the old front diff & install the replacement, we reference the Polaris Service Manual so all of the nexessary specs & torque settings are included too. Watch out for the next video were we strip down & rebuild the old front diff, you know, just for fun! Right, Mrs Mechanic has just about finished cooking tea so I need to sign off for today.
