This weeks showcased video: SM | External Rotation (Supine 90 Deg) - Pole To assist mobility and increase movement into external rotation of the shoulder at 90 deg abduction, using an active overpressure of the pole. Really useful during post-surgery and frozen shoulder.. Instructions Lying on your back, have your elbow out at 90 deg. Use the pole with the other hand to push the hand backwards towards the floor. Try to keep the injured arm relaxed / passive so the good arm is doing all the work to stretch the other. Special Notes Don't push too hard into pain, just go to the resistance / where the pain starts.
