Well, you have been watching me diagnose & repair vehicles for almost 10 years here on YouTube so I thought it's about time I mix things up a little... This little Vespa was delivered to the workshop all the way from Christchurch!! The owner has had some long term issues of poor running, lack of power, surging & now it's a crank no start. This diagnostic is for you the viewers to complete, sure, I'll work the tools & perform the various checks & tests but it's for you to tewll me what you would do.
