âą 1 egg
For the tea:
âą Half an apple (cut into pieces)
âą 1 tbsp dried figs
âą 2 tbsp vitamin or green tea
âą Boiling water (steep 4â6 minutes)
Baking:
âą Baking sheet with parchment
âą 180°C (360°F) â 10â13 minutes
Instructions
1. Grind oats in a blender into flour.
2. Mix oat flour + cocoa + stevia + baking powder + cinnamon + salt.
3. Melt coconut oil, add egg, whisk.
4. Combine dry and wet ingredients.
5. Drain soaked dried fruits, add to the dough.
6. Shape cookies and place on parchment.
7. Bake at 180°C for 10â13 minutes.
8. Tea:
o Add apple + figs + tea to teapot.
o Pour boiling water, steep 4â6 minutes.
