Recipe for cooking and ingredients:
For the oatmeal base and yogurt:
• Rolled oats — 1 cup (3.5 oz / 100 g) + 4 tablespoons (≈1.4 oz / 40 g)
• Warm water — 2 cups (500 ml)
• Flax seeds — 2 tablespoons (≈0.7 oz / 20 g)
• Water for flax decoction — 1 cup + ¼ cup (8.1 fl oz / 240 ml)
• Juice of half a lemon
• Greek yogurt — ¼ cup (2 fl oz / 60 ml)
• Blueberries (fresh or frozen) — 1 handful (≈2.8 oz / 80 g)
• Chia seeds — 2 tablespoons (≈1 oz / 30 g)
For the chocolate mug cake:
• Rolled oats — 4 tablespoons (≈1.4 oz / 40 g)
• Cocoa powder — 1 tablespoon (≈0.35 oz / 10 g)
• Egg — 1 pc.
• Milk — 3 tablespoons (1.5 fl oz / 45 ml)
• Baking powder — ½ teaspoon
• Coconut oil — 1 tablespoon (0.5 oz / 15 g) (for the batter) + a little for greasing
