Description
Benelli expands its range of new 902 models: at EICMA, it presented the 902 Xplorer alongside the TRK 902 Stradale, a version designed for purely road use. The two bikes share the same engine and frame, but the Stradale stands out with its technical solutions and specific features dedicated to touring. Compared to the Xplorer, the TRK 902 Stradale adopts a larger, continuously electrically adjustable windshield . The direction indicators have been moved from the handguards to the radiator side panels, while the new handguards have a different shape. The chassis also features differences, with 17” wheels on both axles, paired with Pirelli Angel GT II tires (120/70 front, 180/55 rear). Suspension travel is reduced to 130 mm , with a seat height of 805 mm, for a more accessible and comfortable riding position even when fully loaded. The engine-frame platform remains unchanged from the Xplorer, with the 904cc inline twin-cylinder engine producing 95.2 hp at 9,000 rpm, housed in a steel trellis frame with lateral reinforcement plates. The Marzocchi fork features 43 mm upside-down stanchions, and the rear monoshock is remotely adjustable for preload and also features compression and rebound damping adjustments. The Brembo braking system uses dual 320 mm diameter front discs with 4-piston radial monobloc calipers and a 260 mm rear disc with a two-piston caliper.
