âą 180°C (360°F) â 20â25 minutes
Instructions
1. Dough in 2 minutes:
o Whisk egg + salt + 1œ tbsp stevia.
o Pour in 2 tbsp melted coconut oil.
o Add oat flour and sunflower seeds. Mix quickly into a slightly sticky dough.
2. Shape:
o Place parchment on a baking sheet.
o Use a 6 cm cutter (or spoon) to form cookies, pressing lightly.
3. Bake:
o 180°C (360°F) â 20â25 minutes until edges are golden.
4. Chocolate coating:
o Melt 100 g sugar-free dark chocolate + 1 tbsp coconut oil over a water bath.
