I head upstairs to see if Adley, Niko, and Navey are ready to look for their elf on a shelf. I get close to Adley's room and I can hear them talking about cleaning and something about Navey earing $10 for cleaning Adley's room. I look and and Adley has a backpack full of dollar bills. Adley is paying her brother and sister to clean up her room?!! I make sure that Jenny and Enzo are ready for the elf morning before the kiddos come downstairs. As Adley, Niko, and Navey come down they see that there are tons up upside down plates all over the house!! what is going on?!! The kiddos start flipping them over looking for Snowy, Elfy, or the chocolates they bring! Niko and Navey run over to the gingerbread houses they made and they look inside to see the elfs are there! Snowy is inside Nikos house and Elfy is in Adley's, hanging out with the one eyed alien gingerbread family lol. As they flip over more and more plates, the kiddos find their chocolates. Some of them were in really sneaky, almost secret, spots. After we eat breakfast and all the excitement of the morning, Jenny and Enzo head into the room to take a nap. So to be a little less loud, the kiddos and i decide to get in the hot tub. Something extra fun about hot tubbing while its cold outside. we grab some towels, snacks, and bowls of ice (just in case we get too hot) and go to the backyard. Niko gets into the tub and discovers that the water is cold!! oh no!! We play around in the water for a little bit but once everyone gets cold we go inside to warm up. With warm clothes on, we head downstairs. We made a penguin neighborhood and the kiddos want to play in it. I grab my phone because our Spacestation Gaming Rocket League team is playing in Copenhagen, Denmark right now, and I got to support our guys!! Adley and Navey have opened a penguin cafe that sells cookies, breakfast sandwiches, and hot coco. I love when we play pretend. I also love these chill days when we get to spend time together, using our imaginations and having fun. I don't know how it started, but Navey is trying to teach Niko how to put her hair in a ponytail. For his first few times, he's actually pretty good. Things got a little crazy when Navey tried to do my hair and we had a tangle with my hair tie! The kiddos thought it was hilarious! We end the day playing video games, first Niko and Navey are playing our brand new Roblox game "99 Nights on a volcano - Survive Pirate Island" Adley is making a little animationa before we have some family time playing Fortnite where we get first place.
