This 20-amp device is compatible with single-phase 120-277V AC and features two lever switches. Operators may mount the NEMA-rated unit on surfaces or walls. The EPL-SW2 is used for electrical or circuit switching applications in combustible facilities. This explosion proof unit is rated at 20 amps and operates on single-phase 120-277V AC. Horsepower ratings include the following: 1HP @ 120V and 2HP @ 240V. Equipped with two front lever operated switches in a double-gang design, the device is offered in 1-pole, 2-pole or 3-way switch styles. Both On and Off positions can be padlocked for security. The explosion proof switch cover and housing box is constructed of copper-free aluminum. Designed for outdoor, rugged and combustible sites, this unit carries NEMA ratings and is suitable for Class I, II and III rated environments. Hubs: Tapped conduit openings are provided on the top and bottom of the unit in feed through versions. Dead end versions have a single conduit hub, providing easy and secure connection to main power supplies. Hub size options include the following: 1/2" NPT, 3/4" NPT or 1" NPT. Mount: Two 0.30" external mounting lugs provide simple and secure mounting on walls and flat surfaces. The unit box, switch and face plate are all included with the product.
