You must try it! You will definitely love the taste. ✌🏻🥰 Hi everyone, my dear friends! 🥰 Today I’m sharing with you a real family treasure — my grandma’s secret yogurt-oat treat made with just 4 main ingredients! It’s tender, naturally sweet, chocolatey, with a delicious oat-date base. No oven needed, no extra sugar, packed with fiber and protein. Perfect with a cup of tea, for breakfast, or as a healthy snack for the whole family. Ready in just 15 minutes + chilling time. Let’s create some magic together! ✨ Recipe for cooking and ingredients: For the base: • Dates — 2/3 cup (100 g) • Roasted oats — 1 cup (100 g) • Greek yogurt — 5 tablespoons For the chocolate topping: • Sugar-free dark chocolate — ¾ cup (120 g) For the serving tea (optional): • 2 slices of dried orange • 3 strawberries • 2 tablespoons black loose-leaf tea • 1 teaspoon mint leaves Preparation: 1. Take 2/3 cup of dates (100 g) and soak them in cold water for 15 minutes to make them softer. 2. Grind 1 cup of roasted oats (100 g) in a blender until you get fine crumbs. 3. Remove the pits from the dates and cut them into pieces. 4. Put the dates into the blender, add 5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt, and blend everything until you have a smooth, sticky mixture. 5. Place the mixture on parchment paper, cover with another sheet of parchment, and roll it out evenly with a rolling pin. 6. Transfer the base into a 20×25 cm form, smooth it out, and put it in the refrigerator. Chocolate Topping: 7. Melt ¾ cup of sugar-free dark chocolate (120 g) using a double boiler (water bath). 8. Spread most of the melted chocolate evenly over the oat mixture. Save a little chocolate for decoration. 9. Place it in the refrigerator for 5–10 minutes. 10. Decorate the top with thin chocolate drizzle lines. 11. Put it back in the refrigerator until completely set (about 1–2 hours). Delicious Serving Tea: Put 2 slices of dried orange, 3 strawberries, 2 tablespoons of black loose-leaf tea, and 1 teaspoon of mint into a teapot. Pour boiling water over it and let it steep for 4–6 minutes. So aromatic and warming! Serving & Storage Cut the treat into beautiful squares and enjoy! Crispy chocolate on top, soft and tender oat-date layer with a light yogurt tang inside. Store in the refrigerator in a closed container for up to 4–5 days. Enjoy your meal!
