After being diagnosed with endometriosis, in an open and inspiring interview, Katja Snoeijs discussed the condition and her unique journey to becoming an Everton icon. The Netherlands-international was born with a hole in her heart and one leg 6 centimetres shorter than the other. That did not stop the determined forward, though, who has now undergone surgery for endometriosis and is keen to resume hitting the back of the net in the royal blue of the Toffees.
