âą 7 slices dried plum
âą 1 tsp thyme
âą 2 tbsp large-leaf black tea
âą Boiling water (steep 4â6 minutes)
Pan:
âą Greased with oil + parchment on the bottom
Baking:
âą 180°C (360°F) â 40 minutes
Instructions
1. Grind oats in a coffee grinder or blender.
2. Mix oat flour + cocoa + salt (optional) + baking powder.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk egg + milk + yogurt + mashed bananas.
4. Combine dry and wet mixtures, add chopped walnuts.
5. Pour batter into the pan, top with extra walnuts if desired.
6. Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes (toothpick test).
7. Tea:
o Add lemon + dried plum + thyme + black tea to a teapot.
