Hilarious Rain Dance From Hasani The Gorilla

*The Bristol Zoo gorilla troop braves the rain for a day of chest beating, mud walking, and hilarious rain dances before heading inside.* It was a proper rainy day at Bristol Zoo, the kind of weather where gorillas usually stay tucked away inside. Normally, they only venture out if there is food on the line, but today the Bristol troop decided to brave the wet, and they were honestly quite funny at times. I spotted Hasani sitting right by the door, seemingly unbothered by the drizzle, while Kala found a bit of rain protection under the door flap. Seeing Hasani shaking the rain off his head was a highlight, but then things got lively when Kala suddenly charged and beat her chest at Ayana, who gave it right back! I even caught Kera walking upright through the mud, very carefully, of course, while Juni was lurking up in the tree after some blossoms. He never takes the gentle way down, does he? Back inside the warmth, I will show you a bit more of their indoor home. Kera was even banging on the window; it must be quite strange for the entire family to see so many people again after three years. I have mentioned the layout before, with rooms that allow them space to hide away from us humans if they choose. It will not be long before the collared Mangabeys move in for a bit of mutualism ( mixed habitat) To wrap it all up, I caught some lovely moments of Juni and Hasani being absolutely fascinated by the children visiting the glass.
