Train Cab Ride NL / Complete Route! NW to East! / Den Helder - Utrecht - Nijmegen / VIRM IC / Nov'25

Hi everyone! After all these years I finally got the opportunity to record the full ride from Den Helder to Arnhem and Nijmegen on the same day. A long ride from the flat lands to the autumn forests. I only have 5000 characters here, so I must be short some times. 0:00 Den Helder We start the ride the city where I grew up. Den Helder. My dad came to bring me a visit on a 40 minute brake. Having tea in a warm cabin for fresh energy for this ride. Length: 237m // Width: 11.8m // Opened: 1879. 2:33:26 Persons Next to Tracks! I cut out this part of the video for privacy reason. In the tower on the right you can get tours. And apparently it common to get out of the tower with a guide and look at the trains here. Behind a small fence close to the tracks. No direct danger. But it's still a weird situation. Told them to go back inside and reported the situation after arrival for communication with the towers tour guides about this unwanted situation. 2:34:33 Nijmegen Platform has been cleared in the meantime and we can arrive with a 4 minute delay.
