Cthulhu Dark Ages One Shot Session 3 - The Demons of Hithfenn 3 - 2026-02-27

In the late summer of 1005 A.D., a priest and a woman thought to be a heretic come to the village of Hithfenn in the far reaches of northern Northumbria under orders of their lord to learn what is plaguing the village. The villagers raise arms against the merchant's mercenaries. I ran a one-shot with two players, one of whom is fairly new to Call of Cthulhu and the other who has never played before. This is The Demons of Hithfenn by William Jones from the Book of Dark Wisdom Issue 2, Volume 1. On February 26, 2026, I livestreamed the third and last session of a Cthulhu Dark Ages one-shot game live on Twitch. We were unable to finish so there will be at least a part part three.
